Right from the first day we met with Sheila to start the process until the last day when the job was completed, they were very professional and eager to help us achieve and recreate our ideal kitchen. Everything was done according to a schedule and they were on time overall with following this schedule. They, also, finished on time other than a few minor cosmetic items that had to be completed later. Ken and his staff were very accommodating and approachable with any questions or concerns we had. We are ecstatic with our results. Our renovation was a major renovation and Ken and all the workers were so nice and accommodating. We had four people and three dogs constantly underfoot and the team took all the chaos with perfect ease. The Renovations were on time and on budget. The level of professionalism is beyond comparison. An example of this is there were a few small marks on a cabinet that we didn’t notice for weeks and when we mentioned it it had been noticed and new doors ordered right at installation. Any minor hiccups (as expected with any renovation) were met with a variety of solutions. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a highly detail oriented and professional company choose mod.
